Hi, I’m Candace Lance.

And, I am not your average future therapist.

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate messy relationships, sexual concerns, infertility, parenting transitions, career stress, and the unique challenges of military life. My approach is modern, client-centered, and no-BS, focused on helping you strengthen communication, rebuild intimacy, and reclaim connection and resilience.

Future Specialities

  • Struggling with intimacy, sexual concerns, or sexual dysfunction? As a future therapist, I’ll be supporting individuals and couples in exploring sexual wellness, enhancing connection, and navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, or past experiences.

  • Whether communication feels impossible, conflicts keep repeating, or you’re dealing with disconnection or resentment, I plan to help couples rebuild trust, strengthen emotional intimacy, and improve relationship satisfaction.

  • Coping with infertility or reproductive challenges can be emotionally exhausting. My future work will focus on supporting individuals and couples through stress, grief, anxiety, and depression related to family planning and fertility struggles.

  • From couplehood to parenting, parenting to empty nest, or career changes, life transitions can strain even strong relationships. I aim to help clients process emotions, reduce stress, and navigate these changes with resilience and clarity.

  • Military life brings unique challenges like deployment, reintegration, and long-distance stress. I plan to work with couples to manage separation, trauma, anxiety, and communication challenges while maintaining connection and intimacy.

  • Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, PTSD, or trauma impact your well-being. I plan to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience for both personal growth and stronger relationships.

  • Receiving a diagnosis, navigating an IEP or 504, and the constant need to advocate for day to day normalcy is frankly exhausting. You and your loved one’s deserve to be supported and empowered.
