After nearly 20 years in corporate marketing, I realized my true passion lies in human connection and relationships. I’m currently a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at National University, specializing in couples therapy and trauma. Life can be messy and complicated — and I’ve personally navigated infertility, military life, parenting a neurodiverse child, and the ups and downs of relationships. These experiences fuel my empathy and guide my work.

I live in Davis County, Utah with my husband, Rob, and our son, Ryder. I’m a self-proclaimed Queen of Hobbies and a total geek when it comes to researching the latest in mental health, always learning and creating. I also love to express my personality with a sleeve of tattoos, advocating for others, and chosing to live life through collecting expereinces.

I’m not your average future therapist. As I bring authenticity, creativity, and a modern, client-centered approach with a lot of life experiences in tow. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating intimacy and sexual concerns, relationship transitions, infertility, parenting challenges, neurodiverse dynamics, and military life.

I’m passionate about helping people strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and find what works best for them, all while honoring their unique life experiences.
