  • Narrative Therapy: Honoring your experience and story while watching you take autonomy of your future.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps to identify and change thought patterns to improve emotional well-being and behavior.

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy: Emphasis on solving your current challenges and leaning into your strengths.

  • Gottman Method: Enhancing relationship satisfaction and connection.

  • Sex Therapy: This approach is as unique as you and your relationship. I blend biopsychsocial, sensate, and mindfulness based approachs to help you holistically find your version of intimacy and pleasure.
